Girl working was out in parking lot hanging with friends.... No sandwiches or just wouldn't make one, coffee old, muffins and donuts old. Asked questions and got.....totally and without and explanation...no, no as if that was her only vocabulary. Nothing worse for a business than a useless employee at 8:00 pm when you want to get a pick me up on a road trip. That's my second try here... won't go back. Management take note
Been going there for numerous years, I don't ask for much; it's NOT a complicated order what's so ever but they still manage to mess up my order so many times.. the dunkin In white river jct. isn't any better...
Very rude did not like the way I was being treated and got my coca and cup was not full
This is by far one of the worst establishments it's a shame to think about the money lost here between the 10 minute waits just to take your order (with one person in front of you) and the waiting for your food and the customer interaction is crazy... i worked fast food in my younger days and it was always enjoyable to see the regulars i come here a couple mornings a week and every time it's the same thing i say good morning how are you and i get a blank stare back where do you find these androids you might need to send them back for reprogramming it's absolutely crazy perhaps you should consider a bench and a tv so we are entertained while we are waiting to be served or perhaps eliminate the employees all together and just make it all a digital experience i will probably have a better conversation with a computer
