Terrible, Just terrible! Amy put three of us in a rental home that needed some repairs. (not a problem) Now for the fun part... Amy, and the owner / landlord a guy by the name of Keith, had both lied to us about getting the repairs finished in the time allowed by the signed lease. Nothing got done at all around the house the 2 months we stayed there.The piles of scrap wood and materials in the middle of our yard and driveway grew larger however. We were promised access to the garage attached to the home. Only reason we didn't at that point was he didn't have the door opener, and it was also filled with trash, and other scrap wood. They also told us there was a guy that rented out the basement of the home we were renting, that we wouldn't even notice him there, he is barely even at the residence. The first night there as we were moving our stuff in he began to harass us about noise... (we were moving in, around 5-6pm nothing wrong with that right?) So as the days went on several security cameras began to appear aimed where we park our cars, and other parts of the property that we use, something that we never agreed to, or even knew about until after they went up by the way. Taking away any privacy we could have had there outside. It turned out that the guy living in our basement was an employee of the owner of the house. So this guy living down in our basement, and he continues to pound the floor every time we walk across our living room floor, or make any type of noise in our home. All the while he is blasting his stereo all day when he is there, had a small dog there using the yard as his personal toilet bowl, once the snow melted this was apparently there way before we had even moved in. After several complaints about this to our landlord Keith he called a meeting, and told us we can just leave the residence, so we did. This whole thing seems like a scam being run between Amy of Town, and Country, and this guy to make money, so he can fix his house, and she can profit off these people being forced out of their home by a greedy, lazy landlord, and an employee of his that is renting the basement of this home. with the sole purpose to harass the residents of the home, legally renting it, with a signed lease agreement, and cause them to want to leave due to the hostile living conditions. Now if this doesn't seem like some kind of scam I don't know what does. These people ignored us every time we try to give them back their keys after we moved out this month. Kept all of our money even after he clearly broke his end of the lease several times. 87A CASCADE FALLS ROAD / AMY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY REALITY ARE RUNNING A SCAM. Do not rent this home, you will be constantly harassed, and eventually robbed then forced out of the home. Hope this is helpful. Thank you.
I absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home or business! I've tried other companies before I found them (was looking to buy a home) and had not good luck.
